Samsung earlier this year really made a surprise. Yes! Previously they have released the Galaxy M10 and M20 which target consumers who like the “budget smartphone”. Furthermore, Samsung introduced the Galaxy S10 Series in San Francisco, United States.
Samsung also did not want to be outdone by other smartphone manufacturers who introduced their devices at the MWC 2019 in Barcelona. Yes! The South Korean electronics giant has just announced the presence of two middle-class smartphones, the Galaxy A50 and the Galaxy A30 .
Coming with the Infinity-U design, the two smartphones come with a 4,000 mAh battery. In addition, Samsung also slipped the “3D Galasstic” design on the back of the device. Both also have a fingerprint scanner, but the A50 is below the screen, while the A30 is on the back.
About the innards, the Galaxy A50 has been powered by the Exynos 9610 SoC and has a 6.4-inch Super AMOLED screen with FullHD + resolution. The Galaxy A30 also comes with the same screen, but the embedded SoC is the Exynos 7885Octa-core.
The Galaxy A50 has a setting of three vertically positioned rear cameras. The configuration is 25 MP, f / 1.7 + 5 MP as a depth sensor with an ultra-wide aperture f / 2.2 + 8 MP. While the camera facing forward is 25 MP with an aperture of f / 2.0.
Samsung only attaches the rear dual-camera to the Galaxy A30 and its configuration is 16 MP + 5 MP, the second as a wide-angle lens. As for pampering selfie enthusiasts, Samsung buried a 16 MP front camera.
Samsung offers the Galaxy A50 with a choice of 4GB and 6GB RAM. While for internal storage there is a choice of 64GB and 128GB. Meanwhile, the Galaxy A30 will come with 3 GB and 4 GB RAM, as well as 32 GB and 64 GB internal storage options.
Samsung Galaxy A50 will arrive in four color choices “character”, Black, White, Blue, and Coral. The Galaxy A30 has no Coral color choices, and instead looks a blend of Pink and Orange. Samsung calls “3D Glasstic” which is a glass and plastic portmanteau.
